"First of all, the staff at Seda Atria were EXCELENT! Service was superb! And i am still glad that I have booked there. But there was something wrong in my room - the floors got wet and slippery. It was stressful for me as i was thinking about my parents in the other room that they may slip and hurt themselves. The floors were extremely slippery. I had to have housekeeping mop it out. After 2 hours it was slippery again. So i was walking around on top of a towel/mat. Other than that - the Straight Up Bar was excellent including the staff, the front desk were SO helpful even for my business needs. So much appreciated and the breakfast staff were so accommodating! Not to mention location wise its SO good! Will stay there again!"
