"Staff are great, rooms are okay but pool and other amenities needs improvements. Breakfast buffet too was not great unlike before. Lesser choices and food quality is not good."

"The staffs were very helpful.. everything you need they assist you from opening the doors to putting all your luggages to the luggage cart and to the hotel room and even during check out they assist in putting all your luggages in your car. And the most important thing I've noticed is the security features, you have to use your hotel key card to open doors and elevators. I'm glad we chose this hotel for our wedding prenup. Highly recommend!"

"Their system is terrible. I availed 4 big rooms but they provided toiletries to just two rooms. We didn't get any tissue for the bathroom, no shampoo nor soap. The distribution of towels was unorganized. Then upon check out they claimed that there were 3 missing towels and we paid 1,500 for 3 ragged towels. But they cannot compensate us for not providing our toiletries. They also don't have garbage cans around the resort so to throw your trash you have to walk around look for one."

"Good resort to stay swimming pool with two combine pool for kids and adult it has sort of infinity effect but never trun on for most of our stay walking distance to the beach staff was friendly and helpful but terrible road going there, as in cracks narrow road with steep climb it is not accomodating if you have a sedan or smaller vehicle, if they can fix the road leading to the resort this will be a great place to go to."

"We are happy with our room at 231 for family room. Since everyone is happy and the view is amazing we extend our stay. But the receptionist mentioned that 231 was no longer available so they the 208 from the old building with the sane price. Bit disappointed because room smaller then 231 and not upgraded or as beautiful like 231 with same price. Other than that all is perfect. Staff, views and food was perfect."
