"It’s been a while since I stayed in this hotel but I still vividly remember how beautiful my experience there was. The view is incredible and since the hotel is by the beach, you can expect the sight of a vibrant and romantic sunset. The pool was pretty big and they had a clear kayak like those in Boracay which was also fun to get around and take pictures with. "The hotel staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. The bathroom facility needs a little updating. Very conveniently located near the airport and having a free shuttle was great. Overall it’s a good hotel. "

"The tv in unit 106 wasn't working, but it was okay. Great experience when we used their event area and had them catered. Enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard area. This is the second time we've stayed and it was better than the last time. Hope see the staff at the palcio de laoag again next year."

"We came in at night since it is a 12 hour drive from where we’re from. The place is worth what we’ve paid for. Not bad. I would say, grateful for the place. They just didn’t have a very good AC and some ants on the bed. No wifi available in the room and a little old but, if you’re just there to unwind. Perfect place without contact since signal is crappy. I guess, just for emergency is what you need to think about but, everythibg was good. "

"I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. The breakfast was good and standard...
