"We had understood that the reception was 24/7, however there was no one there when we arrived. The door sign said to call a number for help, but we had just arrived in the country and our phones weren't able to make calls. Luckily, one of the cleaners eventually let us in, and we were able to use the lobby phone to get things sorted. Our room was supposed to be a double bed and 2 twins, but we ended up with 2 bunk beds. For the price, it was fine, and within walking distance to restaurants...

"We took a huge suite with 2 bedrooms and a living room. The suite is stunning. Excellent and varied breakfast. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, although they are expensive, but the food is delicious. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. A huge and stunning hotel. The staff responds to every request. Highly recommended."

"From the early checkin to attentive staff, to the beautiful interior, this hotel is 5 star material. I couldn't be more pleased with my stay here and the rates were excellent. The only issues were the shower pressure was a little low and the room temperature was warm and couldn't be lowered. The pool was wonderful and the included breakfast is superlative and lovely. Overall, a wonderful classy, elegant hotel in a great location. "
