"Hotel Sahrai is in a league of its own in Fes. Perched on a hillside above the medina, the property commands some of the most spectacular views in Morocco — the kind you don't want to stop looking at. We traveled as a family of three, with our 4-year-old son, and were consistently impressed by how thoughtfully the staff catered to all of us. They were friendly and professional without being stiff, and showed a genuine warmth that is hard to find. Our son was treated with special care throughout our stay — little touches that made him feel seen and included, which as parents meant the world to us. The dining options are a real highlight. We ate at multiple restaurants during our stay and every single meal delivered — creative menus, excellent quality, and beautiful settings. It never felt like we needed to leave the property to eat well, though Fes itself offers plenty of culinary adventures too. The property is stunning — modern design that complements rather than competes with its historic surroundings. The outdoor spaces are exceptional, and those views over Fes are especially magical at sunset. For families visiting Fes — particularly those traveling with young children — Hotel Sahrai is the definitive choice. The staff's attentiveness, the quality of the food, the beauty of the property, and those unforgettable views all combine to make this one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had. We left already talking about coming back."

"I can’t believe this had an average of 7/10 in the reviews. It really is a 9.5–10/10. Good value. The room was a good size. There was an issue with the sink not draining under a Sunday night.Hayat had a technician fix it within 15 minutes. Dinner was good. Breakfast was excellent. There was a secure guard – controlled parking for my motorbike. And a really interesting design. I made a mistake by booking the wrong night. Ajay at Hotels.com (Expedia) sorted it out and I really appreciate help from the hotel staff who were all excellent:Zackery, Hamid and Hayat. If you’re anywhere near Ifrane then this is a good place to stay. "

"I did not get the room I booked, the bathroom smelt of sewage and the room standard was not good. I have since attempted to contact the property and they have not done anything to make up for this. The pool area seemed okay but I did not try this out"

"Great gym, room was dated, curtains didn't work, and there was sitting water on the balcony that made the smell terrible. The fragrance they pump in the lobby is extremely overpowering, if have to hold my breath or I would sneeze. Breakfast was great and staff we very nice!"

"Great experience overall. I just wished that the thermal pool is included in the Expedia price, but it’s not. We had to pay extra to use the thermal pool. Other than that, everything in the hotel is perfect."

"Fantastic property but lacking in service and food quality. We really enjoyed our two night stay but there is a disconnect between the facility and the service. You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."
