"We had booked a suite w/ a king size bed. When we got to the property we discovered that there wasn’t an elevator & our suite was on the second floor. My arthritis limits my ability to climb stairs & we stayed there 3 nights. So lots of stairs! The desk clerk found us a regular room on the first floor. So it ended up being ok. The fact that there’s no elevator should be very evident when booking to avoid this!"
