"I booked a room in a “4 star” hotel and ended up in a cigarette smelling room, which has not been updated in decades. We were able to change the room to a slightly updated one (no smell!!) but very noisy since both the hotel and the plaza in front of the hotel are in full renovations. The noise and renovation should be mentioned through the booking process, mostly since all materials are carried through the main lobby and guest elevators. (dirt everywhere) Offsite parking is also inconvenient....

"We booked 2 AC Rooms back in March for 2 days. When we arrived, the staff looked surprised we are there until we showed the reservation and the receipt. They gave us 2 rooms then but they were both old and with problems. I believe they have a few renovated rooms that are shown in the pictures online but most of the rooms are old, smelly and moldy. The AC in our room did not work and they could not give us another room until the next day because they said they are full. Temp inside was 30C that...
