"Room was tiny and my partner had to crawl over me to get out of bed. Worst of all, bathroom shower didn't drain and ceiling was cracked and mouldy. Room 30"

"When I arrived, I found I had been alloted an upstairs unit. As the stairs were steep, and I had a knee injury, I was kindly moved to a downstairs unit. This was an upgrade, at no extra cost. I was very grateful. Staff very pleasant, and amenities excellent. Easy walk to pools and shops. I would stay again."
