"The hotel was modern and well presented however we had some issues which spoiled the trip. The carpet had not been hoovered when we arrived, I asked at reception for this to be cleaned next day (and for 2 subsequent days) but it was never vacuumed despite the rest of the room being cleaned. There were pizza crumbs and loose threads on the carpet and stains which spoiled the appearance of the room. Despite mentioning this daily, it was not dealt with. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable....

"Loved the view from the room, a full window overlooking the Danube. Breakfast was good, cooked to order egg dishes as well as the buffet. About a 20 minute walk to the Fisherman’s Bastion and about the same to get across to the Pest side of Budapest."
