The hotel owner took care of everything and also helped us build an itinerary. This was crucial as the ones you find online are very confusing. Zhangjiajie National Park can be difficult to do without a tour group, but the owner was extraordinary. She would lay out plans for us each night, from helping us with trip bookings to highlighting the best look-out spots to detailing bus routes that we needed to take down to the minute.
