"bad experience, no booking record in the hotel system although I received the confirmation email and just need to pay in the hotel directly. but they final accepted my booking and pay to them directly."

"Poor isolation and construction works / heavy traffic right in front. Friendly stuff but some don’t even try to understand what you are saying with signs (no English at all). They could not even tell where the entrance of the natural park is on a map. I will not recommend. Cleaning had some room for improvement."
