"In general, it is good but the foreign guest who does not have the local telephone number would not be picked up from the train station. It is a ridiculous policy. The breakfast is the option that everyone should have since it serves till 1:30pm which is actually a brunch. The food is nice too. The only thing that the hotel needs to improve is probably the coffee. It is well below the average."

"Great hotel for a medium to long term stay - staff were super friendly and helpful. Laundry on site was a blessing especially with the heat and humidity. Really liked the breakfast buffet - midnight snack was decent but I think offerings are better in the morning. They also had free beverages coffee tea etc throughout the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I loved my time in Hualien."

The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay."
