I do have a few complaints, no shower door so the floor was soaked, and the noise from the “sister hotel” aka hostel behind the hotel was so loud ALL night. Beware if you’re a light sleeper, they will keep you up all night. Parking was ridiculous as well. "Liked hotel itself , top floor restaurant was nice. Beds comfy. Pretty rubbish pool isn’t included in price and a charge of £30 for 2 hours excessive ."

"Taxis have to pickup and drop off on a side street around the hotel which is not convenient when you have luggage. Elevators are small and hard to get in and out of. Room was facing the street and noisy. Bathroom was small and you had to sit on the toilet sideways. All the amenities were 5 star."

"I previously stayed at The Square about 2 years ago. We had a great stay last time so I was excited to return again. Once again the Square did not disappoint. Excellent location. Wonderful staff. Delicious breakfast. If I’m fortune enough to return to Copenhagen again I would definitely stay at the Square for a third time."

Only free beverage. I tried showing him my bookings but he was really very rude and brushed me off! Such excellent customer service experience from a 4-star hotel!"
