Hokkaido Prefecture Hotels with smoking rooms

"Spa and breakfast is wonderful. Staff are super helpful."

"A bit old and smelly (old) room"

"Good Onsen hotel with reasonable price. Love the onsen facilities with beautiful view of Lake Akan. The buffet dinner and breakfast are impressive, multiple kinds of food with great quality. If there are car park next to the hotel, it would be a perfect stay experience."

"GOOD"

"These hotels are always conveniently located. The rooms are small, but it really doesn't matter that much, as you will not stay there much. However, they are clean and comfortable."

"We just spent five weeks in Japan and are still talking about the food we ate here. It is nothing short of spectacular. We paid quadruple at other ryokans and this one had the best food, best location and the best onsens. It’s an older place with older, big onsens and for us that was the charm of it. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind. We went skiing one day and snowshoeing the next and ended up seeing a red fox each day. Really can’t recommend this...

"Very old style hotel and not too clean"

"The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance to the train station, food and shopping."
