"I loved the courtesy and efficiency of the valet and front desk staff. My family and my dog were made welcome immediately even though we checked in a few minutes early. I have to say the architecture and decor were the most beautiful of the hiltons I have stayed in so far. Each hilton provided the same consistent amenities and snack shop. This one has a restaurant available so we enjoyed the breakfast very much. We were out most of the day so we didnt have the opportunity to try the other meal...

"Be bugs, ash in the corners of the room. Carpets were sticky and stains still on my blanket. Elevator takes too long and the water pressure is terrible. Don't stay here unless you like trap house environment. I kept to myself but wouldnt stay here again unless my life depended on it. 2/10 because the staff was nice. There was also 2 days where the keys didnt work for no one so I just left my door open. Nothing was stolen while I was at work for 12 hours but I only had clothes in my suit cases so...

"We've stayed at this property several times in the past when we visit the area. This time we noticed that they were possibly doing some renovations since there were shipping containers in the parking lot. We did notice that the landscaping was very neglected including at the arrival entrance. The bushes were very overgrown. Only one elevator was working at the time of our visit which caused us to use the stairs for much of our visit since we were on the 2nd floor. The shower is nice but the door...

"Room 212 was so much bigger and nicer than expected. I didn’t arrive until 3am. They accommodated me. We stayed at a luxury hotel in New Orleans the next day. All I could think about was how much nicer this was in comparison. Your hotel even offered Dove soap products. 10/10. Will always stay here."

"General manager was very helpful and personal. Room was clean except for water in bottom of fridge from freezer section. Small cafe shop was very poorly stocked which made eating in or snacking more difficult for someone who flew in and didn’t have a rental car. Was warned about walking in the area by couple of ride share drivers."

"One of the worst place to stay this is my 6th year in USA and never saw such place to stay. PLEASE DON’T GO THERE ITS A TERRIBLE PLACE OLD RUSTY TOILET BLOCKED AND WASH BASIN IN SINK DRIPS FRIDGE STINKS MICROWAVE HAS DEAD INSECTS AND THERE ARE LOT OF DEAD INSECTS AND DRAINAGE SMELL AND ROOM SAYS NO SMOKING BUT THERE ARE CIGARETTES BUDS ALL OVER THE PLACE. please don’t book the hotel it is a nightmare"
