"I had booked Aamod Dalhousie for 2 nights (19th - 20th Dec 2019) . As luck would have it, Dalhousie experienced heavy snowfall during that week and roads leading up to Aamod was closed to traffic as a safety measure.

"Hotel staff difficult to communicate with , food was average ( actually made us sick) , rooms weren't serviced even once during our 4 day stay . Generally the hotel did not match to what was potrayed in the website. Definitely not value for money. "

"I reserved their Super Deluxe room through Expedia customer service. The Super Deluxe room was supposed to have two beds, however, when I check-in, the room that was given to me only had one bed and looked nothing like in the pictures posted on Expedia.
On top of that, their Wifi was not working, and when I mentioned to them, they could not care less. This was very annoying because I had to use my international roaming to browse which can get expensive. I've complained to Expedia and it was...
