"We had great time spacious room with balcony having sea view, pool area was nice property is right at the beach. Breakfast spread was also good lots of options"

"If you are looking for a quiet place in Hikkaduwa with the loveliest staff, Roman Beach is your place. Only 6 guest rooms and off the main road, this place was a delight. Great breakfasts and a wonderful pool. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner had good variety and was good value. Nice pool, close to the sea."

"Hotel was really good, we enjoyed it"

"The whole place was just really work out and there was just alot of things that were wrong about the place. When we arrived they had not recieved our booking from hotels.com and asked us to pay a fee for them to sort it out, which is just unreasonable. However they did upgrade us to a suite, which was nice. Service was not the best. They advertise the place as a spa resort, but the spa and its only staff member was unproffessional in my eyes. We complained but did not feel like the management...

"Good and friendly staff... good location open to private beach which is excellent ....."

"We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. It was our first experience at Sri Lanka. The location of Villa Tara at Hikkaduwa city is optimal - in jungle forest but in ten minutes from the beach also. Property is in fine condition and professionally managed. You will be provided with a top quality guest service. Also you feel yourself like living in jungles absolutely alone as villa is not crowded and the staff appears only when needed..... Full breakfast is served at the villa pool area and it is...

"Excellent clean property...across the road from beach. We stayed in air con room as an upgrade. Dont stay here on a Friday night if you want an early night as there is a very noisy party...we were pre warned. Pool area is lovely."
