"Pros: Great location with an amazing beachfront experience, a pretty good breakfast, and the staff let us hang out in the hotel area a few hours before our check-in.
Cons: A bit old rooms, very cold inside with no possibility of making it warmer. We are from Ukraine, and the staff was trying to talk in Russian to us, literally the whole stay. We repeated several times that we don't speak Russian and we don't understand them, but they didn't care. "

"The location was amazing, but the bathroom had tons of water damage and bugs everywhere. The tub/shower situation was terrible as there were no curtains or dividers so water just got everywhere. The staff was really slow and didn’t understand a lot of our requests and while the lobby was bright and airy, I wish we would’ve chosen to stay elsewhere. We paid a lot for basic accommodation. "

"Det är ett helt ok hotell med framförallt trevlig frukost och hjälpsam personal. Men hade förväntat mig lite mer vad gäller renligheten. Speciellt duschen som knappt fungerade. Om jag åker tillbaka till Hikkaduwa hade jag valt ett hotell närmare den södra stranden. "

"Es liegt sehr schön am See, ab von dem Trubel und man kann dort gut runterkommen.
Wir hatten das Glück, dass kaum Gäste da waren, weshalb es am Pool leer war und man richtig gut abschalten konnte"

"The whole place was just really work out and there was just alot of things that were wrong about the place. When we arrived they had not recieved our booking from hotels.com and asked us to pay a fee for them to sort it out, which is just unreasonable. However they did upgrade us to a suite, which was nice. Service was not the best. They advertise the place as a spa resort, but the spa and its only staff member was unproffessional in my eyes. We complained but did not feel like the management...
