Half shelter only at open air bath and shower area, it was raining when we check in that day. Unable to shower or use onsen. Pillar in room are worn off and those outside are rusty. Washing machine have lot of fibre left on the rim, no maintenance. Breakfast and dinner served not authentic Japanese style and food quality were bad. Disappointing and regretted tgat we paid $500 plus for such room. "
