"Easy check in. Reception lady was very helpful. Hotel great location. Walking distance to everything. Beddings were clean although bed was too soft for me. Room and t/b were very clean. "

"I must say special thank your to owners of Cerdak. I got my tire blown a they helped me tremendously. Can you imagine they got vulcanization guy in on Saturday afternoon and in an hour I had tire installed without moving car !!! Premises are spotless clean and all the rest is just great. Cerdak lokaded in the heart of Mostar can’t beat its location. I will recommend it to everyone. Happy travels!"

"We ended up taking a train early in the morning, the staff was kind enough to let us check in early. Phenomenal, customer service from the staff upfront. Mind you this is a no alcohol place to stay.
