"We had a short stay with a super early flight. The room was great, everything worked and clean. Comfortable bed, very friendly and efficient staff. Good TV options. Free shuttle to the airport at 5.15am. They offered us a breakfast box for the morning (when we checked in) but unfortunately it wasn't there when we checked out and the receptionist couldn't find any details about it. "

"Loved the hotel and had a wonderful stay—so unique with a Costa Rican vibe and the architecture is reminiscent of Frank Loyd Wright in how the hotel merges with nature and its surroundings. Our room had hand painted murals—as does the rest of the hotel—a sitting room and a patio with a gorgeous view of San Jose. "I only stayed here one night but it was a great experience. I had to check in very late due to my flight. The staff was very attentive to me and always kept in touch with me while I was in my way for my check in. It seems like a wonderful family business and I can tell they truly care about their hotel. I was so grateful for the beautiful view when I had breakfast. The breakfast was there waiting for me at the time I requested! They even reminded me. I could tell it was homemade authentic food....
