"Great staff always outgoing and helpful. Beautiful place to stay. Got executive suite w Mountain View, but the view was mostly blocked. Didn’t care for the tuna at Bar 10. Besides that perfect!"

"It’s a really nice spot but the rooms and amenities are in need of some TLC. There were a couple of long black hairs in the sink and shower that weren’t mine (I’m bald) and the rooms needed some updating. Blinds were horrible. The staff here is amazing and the breakfast was fantastic. But again, the room is lacking."

"A great stay for a family of 5 in the kitchen suite, we made a home cooked dinner and it had everything we needed. The pool was perfect to cool off in and we even did a load of laundry with their complimentary machines. Thank you Homewood Suites and staff, it was a great stay!"

"Absolutely everything was perfection. The welcome, the extras, the room, the ammenities, the grounds, the spa, the food, and most of all the staff; for making our experience unforgettable. We were so spoiled and it was so beautiful, we never wanted to leave. Except maybe to try their sister resort, The Springs. We even met the owner, who happened to be in town, and he was delightful. Definitely coming back and letting everyone know this is the place to find peace and luxury in Costa Rica."

"We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It was the perfect place to relax while still being close to the airport. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of my favorite parts was waking up every morning to fresh coffee from the farm. "Great staff ! Convenient location near shopping , dinning , car rentals and not too far from the airport. Good breakfast , safe and clean. Housekeeping did a good job refreshing our room. Transit value hotel , but since is associated to the Marriott brand, I was expecting a better maintained facility . The lamps and bed sheets were stained, the bathroom lightning needs an upgrade. A plug-in air aroma diffuser was connected on our hallway, either concealing and odor and /or artificially...

"The bougainvillea has a beautiful garden, 10 acres. Great when you are traveling with children. When my nephew and niece were little they really enjoyed playing in the gardens. Now in my 50's, there is nothing more relaxing then finding a secluded bench at the back of their garden and admire the beautiful garden they've preserved in the middle of bustling City. The restaurant staff are 5 stars, esp Ivan. The food is authentic to costa rica and delicious."

"Selva Verda is in a beautiful location on the Sarapiqui river, slightly further off the tourist trail but a true eco-lodge. Great place to stay to immerse yourself in the Costa Rican rainforest and spot wildlife. We spotted a lot within the lodge area. I would recommend the guided nature hike which took us further into the grounds of the lodge. The guide was very knowledgeable and went at a manageable pace for our group of mixed ages. The swimming pool was good. Rooms are functional and clean...

"We stayed here for a night prior to flying back home. It was just what we needed - pool, restaurant, breakfast. It’s a smaller hotel, and really cute - it doesn’t have that generic hotel feel to it. My only complaint is that the beds were as hard as a board, but we were all exhausted so it didn’t matter. It could’ve been an issue if staying multiple nights though. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport and since we were leaving before breakfast, they packed us a little snack to take to...
