"My stay at JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou was mixed. There were some genuinely positive aspects, especially the front desk staff and housekeeping team, but there were also several disappointing experiences that affected my overall impression. "The hotel is well located. It is next to the walking street and shopping mall. It has 7-11 and Starbucks at the property. However the room is kind of old and really need to be renovated. The most disappointing thing is the washer does not come with a dryer function."
