"Accueil bienveillant de la réceptionniste, depuis l'hôtel belle vue sur Saint Flour, le parking manque de marquage des places, chacun se gare comme il veut, literie confortable. Pas évident à trouver avec l'adresse, il est en hauteur au dessus de la route et l'accès se fait depuis la route avec deux virages en épingle. Avec google maps on peut le situer visuellement pour s'aider à y accéder."

Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix n'a rien à envier de celui d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Tout y est sucré, salé, confiture et viennoiseries faites maison. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. "The owner is very kind and he is there very late even if it is past check in time. He only spoke French but tried his best to accommodate to other languages and was very helpful. The hotel itself is a bit outdated with appliances however it is in a very quiet beautiful location. The parking is the only flaw as it is in a small alley with about 10 spots."

"An establishment that was very down at heel. Granted the linen was clean and the bedroom satisfactory, that was the highlight. The menu was exceedingly limited and even then the majority of the items were not available. There were no ice cubes for drinks. Breakfast was an experience best forgotten. No staff appeared to be present with only bread and 2 cereals available. Fewer yogurts than guests. Orange juice ran out and milk available only in a sealed carton. Fortunately my Swiss Army penknife...

"We had a relaxing stop on our trip through southern France. The panoramic hotel is easy to reach from the highway, safe and free parking in front of the property is effortless. The spacious room we had was tastefully decorated and had a large balcony with a gorgeous view over the lake. Everything was perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the charcuterie plate at the bar, the restaurant looked also fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend this hotel."
