"Beuatiful hotel and gardens. looks like it was all newly renovated. Good buffet breakfast assortment. L5 bus stops right across the street at the Gare train station every 15-20 minutes and takes you to the sancturary site for 1 euro. Small hotel so staff works double duty at both hotel front desk and restaurant. But wherever they were they were always ready to help or answer questions. wherever "

"Hotel was very clean and well stock with what you need. Beds were quite comfortable. Hotel is a it dated but not lacking of functional Very close to the sanctuary entrance and stores. Amazing view of the river. Cristina was a superb host and quite hospitable. She arrange for the storage of our luggage until it’s time for us to go and the taxi to take us to the train station. We will stay here again when we come back to Lourdes. "

"Hôtel bien situé par rapport à la basilique.. Ensuite je pense qu un petit rafraîchissement des chambres s imposerait, mais pour de courts séjours ça passe.. sinon tous les équipements sont fonctionnels, il y a 2 ascenseurs qui sont appréciables vus le flux de gens.."

"Room is old, simple but clean. It is 5min walk from the Lourdes train station,
From the hotel to the Sanctuary Notre-Dame de Lourdes is 10 - 15min walk.
The staffs are very nice and helpful."

"The location was excellent, just an approximately six minutes walk from the Basilica and offering lovely views. The continental breakfast provided a perfect start to the day, with a good variety of options. Staff were informative and friendly. The rooms were clean, with amenities that comfortably met our needs for the stay."
