"The Secrets Playa Esmeralda property was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were gorgeous and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The pools were inviting with the perfect temperatures. The beach area was perfect, with just the right amount of waves. There’s calmer waters to the right & left of the hotel. We went 3 miles to the left one day, then 3 miles to the right another day. The beaches were pristine. The staff at the hotel are top notch. EVERYONE we encountered was so friendly. The workers who especially stood out were the servers: Leandro, Stephy, Yesika, Luis, Ruben, Erika, Mildred & her partner bartender. They had such warm friendly welcomes for my husband & I each & every time they saw us. The front area, promotion people were great, too. Shout out to Edison, Joel, Eder, & Lexion. (I hope we didn’t forget to mention anyone, those are the few that I I remembered) They all treated us so well at this resort. We would HIGHLY recommend this resort to anyone seeking an adults only all inclusive resort. It was one of the BEST stays we’ve had & we like to travel."

"Staff need more guidelines. The hotel is so beautiful, clean water . It would be a great place to enjoy your vacation if the staff could be better supervised. Guests won’t be have to call several times to get someone, to confirm their reservation, some waitresses bring the orders to the wrong tables others are involved in personal conversations and forget to bring the orders ."

"Fist, facilities are beautiful , the resort don’t have beach in front that you can use you have to walk like 10 minutes to get there They needs to improve the rules of the main pools Parents drinking with Small baby’s, children’s in the jacuzzi for long time . They’re a children poor but they prefer adult pools so you can’t enjoy properly The food on the main rest was good, the Italian restaurant por the best was Toa Dominican food . Frenckyn"
