"Tuve muchos problemas en la habitación ( el aire/ no habia electricidad/ habían goteras por el aire, no habia teléfono) Asi fue cuando llegamos, pudieron resolverlo el mismo día ( aunque el aire se nos volvio a dañar) esto no daño nuestras estadia. el servicio rápido y los muchachos muy amables. La comida riquísima/ el ambiente/ las meseras divinas/ los show buenísimos/"

"The buffet food was ok, not very good but ok, the staff doesn’t really know much about how things work in the hotel since no one told us to make reservations for the restaurants in anticipation and there was very limited access to restaurants. I don’t really believe this is a 5 start hotel, rather something around 3."

"We were a family of 5 we got two towels two water. There was no doors to the toilet and bathe area. My teenagers daughters was upset because they had to bathed and poop in an open area. I was stoped from getting into the restaurant with my slippers while looking at other folks getting in. I don't know if it was because of me color. I can say besides the moment at the restaurant every on else was mostly friendly. They were all focus on selling their membership more than anything else. The kids were in the pool and I want to go but all their interest was on selling their membership. I was not interested but they was like" let me show you , let me explain and it became very boring. I enjoyed the culture show. The food was like i had enough by lunch time on Saturday"

"Beautiful hotel . Some of the staff amazing hard working and friendly people. The room was very nice , view was spectacular. However in the buffet the food was cold. I made the complaint , they responded right away , more than one person contacted me but the issue was not resolved. I know that the temperature of the hot plates has to be at a certain level but then probably the equipment they are using is not the appropriate one . I had stayed at many hotels including at DR and this was never an issue . Also at Toa the Dominican restaurant and Yuca another restaurant the service was poor . I want to mention some of the staff for their hospitality and service like Yokaira Cespedes , Valentina keeping her station so clean and making the best eggs and Luis the manager of some of the restaurants for trying very hard to please us . Overall it was a very nice hotel and a relaxing vacation ."

"We’re to begin first spend a few more dollars and go to a better place. The only bright spot was Avador he was amazing. He would make me think about going back. Everyone one else on the staff was rude not helpful and juts didn’t seem happy. No customer service training at all. The food was terrible. Restaurant scammed us. Told us fried fish was $20 then can back and said oh it’s $45 a fish. Beach was amazing but the constant harassment of venders was unbearable so could not stay on beach. Got scammed by Haitian jet ski guy don’t go to them go through hotel for activities. Gave broken jet ski and tried to charge cops got called and they fixed. Sheets had mold water smelled and was brown. Bar tenders were very mean and didn’t not want to be there. Almost all the staff seemed bothered and annoyed doing there jobs. Front desk was a mess. Gave wrong key and then key with no room # switched rooms 3 times. Buffet you can’t find a fork to save your life or napkins. Flies everywhere barely signs on food. Long story should spend a few more dollars and go to puta Cana it is cheap great beach but you can’t enjoy cause every 5 minutes your being hounded by people selling or begging. You get what you pay for here so be aware! Go to another all inclusive stay away!"
