"This is a beautiful property. Very upscale on a lovely bay with gorgeous water. The all inclusive buffet was always great with a variety of types of local cuisine, seafood, stews, fresh fruits, breads, salad, pasta and more. Changes every day and every meal. The coffee bar is really good, as was the beach side snack shop. My room was lovely… huge… with a view of the ocean from balcony. I was there from Sunday to Wednesday and it was very quiet. It felt like there was more staff than guests, but it was nice to be so well attended. The poolside bar staff are the best!! Shout out to Hannady for making me a custom margarita with cranberry. You can red powder boards from their beach side, concession (not included) I had brought my own inflatable and they let me use a hand pump to pump it up! Loved my stay!!"

"If I could leave a minus 5 star review, I would. AVOID this place and don't waste your money! I changed rooms twice in 1 night and was only able to sleep for 2hrs due to the lack of functioing air conditioning. Not to mention, NO HOT water! The wait staff were lovely overall. However, the management, maintenance, food and experience were AWFUL! In particular, the supervisor Wilson was the most unhelpful and least customer centric hospitality worker I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I paid for a KING size oceanfront room and was put into"

"We just returned from an unforgettable weekend at Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort celebrating my birthday and Mother’s Day with my family, and everything about this trip exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel truly special. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was absolutely amazing, and there was always something fun and entertaining for everyone in the family. But what stood out the most was the incredible staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They greeted us with smiles every time we passed by, remembered our names, and treated us with such kindness and attention that it honestly felt like VIP service the entire weekend. You can tell the staff truly cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests, and that made all the difference for us. My family and I haven’t stopped talking about how amazing this trip was. We made wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back very soon. "Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms, friendly staff, and great pools. The property is also very kid-friendly. One important thing to know is that the beach directly in front of the hotel can be dangerous because of the strong waves and currents. However, we discovered a little paradise on the left side, near the end of the Secrets hotel, where the sea becomes calm thanks to the coral reef barrier. The water there is much more peaceful and enjoyable for swimming."
