"First they gave us mouldy room and after request, the duty manager changed it. The hotel staff is very friendly but useless. On my request for a bottle of wine.. I have been delivered two glasses of hot water. Hairdryer in the bathroom stopped all the time so I had to request reception to send someone to fix it. Our quilt had blood stain on it, but unfortunately I have no picture. So.. if you do have European expectations or being misled by name … by Hilton… please forget them and lower your...
