"The staff is dedicated to excellent service. The only issue i had was with the way my eggs were cooked, i had to send them back at least once every morning for 6 days straight. Other than that it is top notch service. There are some superstars here that will ensure your stay is pleasant and resolve any issue that arises. A special thank you to Sumit, Arpit, Surender, Shiv, Amit and Devashish all of which went above and beyond to ensure I was more than comfortable. Sumit especially deserves an award, he is the glue that holds it all together. That man is a valuable asset to the hotel!"

Our room was beautiful and well-appointed with all essential amenities, including a refrigerator, work desk, and hot tub. The breakfast and dinner spreads were magnificent, among the largest and most delicious I’ve seen in India and the other dining options were equally impressive. The pool and gym were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. The staff was courteous, well-trained, and made every effort to ensure our stay was extra special.
