"出張で11泊宿泊。　ホテルはキレイに豪華に保たれています。部屋には、横幅は狭いがバスタブも有り、夏場であれば45℃設定のお湯が出ます。タオルはバスタオルとフェースタオル(バスマットと同じものの時も有り）だけ。水は瓶が2本、冷蔵庫は空。Wifiは問題無し。新聞は部屋には提供されない。停電が多かった印象があります。朝食は税込み885Rs./日で後付けしましたが、外国人にとっては食べるものが無いです。ソーセージ、ベーコンが無いとクレームしたら、ソーセージは出て来るようになりました。その内、3か所の提供スペースの一つが廃止。とにかく、従業員（ウエイター、ウェイトレス等）が多すぎ、煩わしいです。常に客より多い。夕食は、日本食レストラン有り。　朝食を提供するレストランでカルボラーナを食べたら激マズでした。"

"So far the best 5 star hotels we have ever stayed in. Every single staff member was so welcoming and accommodating to any requests. The best part was there was complimentary kids menu which made our mind into ease. The dinner and breakfast buffet was just superb. Can’t wait to come back for our next stay. I can’t think of any flaws because they exceeded all our expectations ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"It’s a very old building. Very confusing to find the place as both gates were locked. Check in staff was not very friendly. Room was dusty. Not worth for the value i paid. The guy named Ramesh was helpful though"
