"Fantastic stay, yet again! We love getting all the benefits of camping without the hassle of setting everything up and taking it down. Everything is ready when you arrive, well stocked, and even during pouring rain, everything inside the tent stayed completely dry. 😊 We’ve stayed twice now, both times in September, and the weather was completely different each visit — one was hot and dry, while the other was rainy and cold. So one piece of advice: pack for both! We’d happily stay again."

"The property was absolutely beautiful, well run and staff were great, the rooms are stunning. My issue wasn’t with the property but with the map on Expedia, it implies the property is very near the entrance to the park and the dot was not in the right place, it was a very long and dust road! So we were a little disappointed on the way there but we were happy when we eventually got there. If I’d known where it was when I booked this wouldn’t have bothered us"

"The view is exceptional, absolutely outstanding, very beautiful. The only blemish for me was that the carpets were drenched, wet, and there was no hot water. In their defense I have to say though that there were very peculiar weather days preceding our stay there. Heavy rain in mid winter which is totally outside the norm and unheard of, and very cold days, even when we arrived it was still bitterly cold. "Loved our 2 night stay in the Dune 2 chalet! Room was well appointed with an excellent view of a waterhole and the Khalahari desert - saw wildlife out the window everyday. Enjoyed the Night and Combo Game Drives with our outstanding guide, Gabriel - very knowledgeable and engaging with guests. Saw rhinos, giraffe, kudu, Hartebeest, eland, springbok, steenbok, maribou stork, oryx, zebra, and more. Outdoor dining area is set up as a Boma and nicely lit - dinners were very good!"
