"These guys tried to get me with a classic bait-and-switch. I made my reservation 5 months ahead & I picked this place because of the price & the location. During the busiest festive week in Negril. It is located next to 2 resorts where I would have friends close by. I was in town a week before my stay & made several attempts to contact them in advance as per their instructions but was always given the run around. "We arrived late afternoon and were welcomed by generous hosts who were very accommodating. The house has 4 rooms, a seaside pool, and great snorkeling and swimming right on the property. The room was big, the water was hot, and the AC worked great. The area is a little hard to find via rental car but the property is secluded, peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I would definitely stay again. "

"Air conditioner was not working, shower head was broken so just dripping water, stand-up fan was not working, patio light was not working. Reported these issues to the property management on the first night but no results. We ended up leaving after the second night and had to book another stay somewhere else. Since it was last minute, it ended up costing us triple time. Property management refuse to give us a refund for the second night in which we were forced to stay uncomfortably."
