"The hotel was very clean. Rooms were very big and spacious. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Pools were big and inviting. Water activities were available and we used them numerous times. The water park was an added bonus. There was plenty of delicious food. Bartenders Morris, Latoya, and of course Lensurd who went were always ready to pour a drink. Bartenders choice drinks were so good and the garnishes created were a true work of art. Whitney from the aqua pool was amazing....

"Resort is beautiful and well maintained. Staff were very friendly, fun and helpful. Only down sides are with it being in a cove the beach/water area isn’t as nice as other areas nearby. We loved all the events during the day and evening but did not like that they close all pools at 6pm and the beach once dark. We wanted to be able to enjoy those areas when it was cooler."

"My only issue was, my group consisted of myself, wife, two daughters and niece. On Wednesday my niece had too much to drink and threw up in the pool. Your staff decided to bully and extort my wife who is the only white female in the group, my daughters and niece are all black of $500.00 USD. I was in the hotel resting at the time. "Room we were assigned smelled damp, was dark, had stained pillows and no natural light. We woke up on day 1 to a large roach in the bathroom. The front desk was advised and Shanice from guest relations was very sympathetic and kind. An upgrade was not offered, but we were switched to a different room by the end of the day. The bellman was to come help with the relocation before dinner however, and did not show up. We waited over 2 hours, ultimately missing our dinner reservation and no one...

"The location was great. Perfect spot to either do nothing or do everything available. The restaurant could have been better for lunch and dinner but there are plenty of other options within a 10 minute walk in either direction down the beach or road. Everyone was very pleasant and the grounds were kept clean. I’d book again for a 4-5 day stay"
