"The customer service was not the best, the female staff were kind of rude. The food in the buffet was not that great and they had no plaintains at all. The steakhouse is amazing, the Japanese restaurant, terrible food and please make your dinner reservations at check in or else they try to give you a hard time. "

"I absolutely loved staying here!!! The staff were so attentive and fun to be around! Even when we almost forgot our swimsuits in the room they bagged them up and tied them to our luggage! I would stay here every time I go to Jamaica!!!! Make sure to read the dress codes for the restaurants and sign up for activities early so if the get canceled because of weather you can go another day! I would recommend everyone stay here!!"

"Bad romantic moonlight dinner, the food worst ever !! The server Demario was excellent his service a plus ambience and setting was also very romantic .. for the other restaurants these were very good especially xymaica and the Mobay buffet which was outstanding ..I am just surprised that for the kind of money paid for dinner and roses was a bust . Total of $290 for dinner with 3 roses that cost $66 .. just iriterate the moonlight dinner was bad 1 star all the rest 4-5 stars "

"I liked everything about the property. Spa was nice. Wish i got a swim up room. I had a nice comfortable sized balcony, most of the other balconies looked very small. The only thing i didnt like is they took out their hot tub during the remodle nor did they have a bathtub in the room. I have back isses and at the very least really meeded a tub of some sort. "I loved the location, not too far from the airport but far enough to not feel like I’m in a touristy part of town. The resort workers were very nice. The food was good. "We had an amazing few days at this property. Once the trip was booked, a rep named Chantae reached out to see if she can be of service. "We arrived late afternoon and were welcomed by generous hosts who were very accommodating. The house has 4 rooms, a seaside pool, and great snorkeling and swimming right on the property. The room was big, the water was hot, and the AC worked great. The area is a little hard to find via rental car but the property is secluded, peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I would definitely stay again. "
