The beach & balcony were wonderful.The freshwater pool area was extremely slippery & dangerous to use. "These guys tried to get me with a classic bait-and-switch. I made my reservation 5 months ahead & I picked this place because of the price & the location. During the busiest festive week in Negril. It is located next to 2 resorts where I would have friends close by. I was in town a week before my stay & made several attempts to contact them in advance as per their instructions but was always given the run around.
