It is worth upgrading the platinum just for the butler service alone. Glaister and Rajuan were our butlers and we will be requesting them when we go back."

"Garden view room sux. Air-conditioning does not work.for us.. Our friends booked the room with king size bed.but hotel gave them 2 twin beds.so our friends just left the hotel next morning."

"Riu Negril was excellent. Go to see Frank at the 24 hour sports bar. Tell Whitney she’s amazing. Go down to the blue tents and see Don Fresh. Super cool people. "

"Overall the property was great! Beach is amazing and staff was very friendly. Food was very good as far as all inclusives go. Getting reservations for the restaurants is difficult and the process to book for more than 2 people a little wonky. Be prepared to be frustrated there but not a deal breaker for us. We will go back simply for that beach."
