"Excellent customer service, clean facility. Convenient and walkable to nearby attractions. Great infinity rooftop pool and laundry service. The only downfall is the room is very small and the breakfast is very basic. Other than that, everything else was good. "

My partner and I were shocked at how busy the hotel was, which we probably should have expected from such a large hotel. In addition to this, the infinity pool was closed for maintenance and the 'charm pool' was only half open, with half of it appearing very green."
