Sie haben mich begrüßt und bereits früh morgens ins Haus gelassen. Der offizielle Check In wäre per Schlüsselsafe ab 16 Uhr möglich gewesen. Wirklich sehr nette...

"Our flight arrived after 3 pm and we drove to the location only to learn they can’t even open the door for you past 3pm. Then we could not reach anyone. No one responded. We were just left stranded. Horrible situation. We had to find and pay for another hotel hosting us great stress and money. "
