"Overall the hotel was clean and the beds were firm. The breakfast buffet was great, plenty of selections to keep the whole family happy. The check-in process was slow and the one employee who was working, moved the line to another computer and we lost our place in line. We won't return however, because the bathroom smelled like mold. The caulk around the bathroom sink clearly had mold growing on it. We had two rooms and both bathrooms were in the same condition."

"에버랜드 방문 후 밤늦게 호텔로 갔는데 거리가 너무 가까워서 좋았어요. 프론트 직원들이 약간 불친절? 말걸기 무서운 말투 였는데 크게 신경쓰일 정도는 아니었어요. 수건에 냄새?가 나서 조금 찝찝했지만 지저분하진 않았어요. "

"The streets are a bit confusing but I like staying in this property. It has everything I need e.g fridge, water, internet connection etc. What I am also confuse is the pricing of my stay which I believe is not disclose properly. I should at least get discounts for the inconvenience I experienced. "
