"This is my second review for this wonderful hotel I came back again but this time I will only speak about the most kind professional and caring staff I ever met on travels , reception people helped me with an issue that had nothing to do with their job it was a ticket I had from police and I had some problems trying to pay this ticket. They handled this for me using there own personal application, I will never forget these guys ( Nana and her colleague whom name I don’t recall now sorry ) the hotel should be so proud and lucky to have these kind of people working with them . Million Thanks again guys 😊"

"We arrived for 4 nights The room was not that clean There was cigarette ash and a girl's long hair We did not receive a response from the reception In general, a nice hotel, no wow, there is a good casino in the hotel And the whole complex has a strong smell of cigarettes"

"It was the best hotel ever . You don't need to get out. Every thing is in the hotel. 3 great restaurants, Kinder club. Forest, pools, spa, beach. Big rooms new heavy towels. I just recommend to change the minibar, it's useless, all our things go to the trash. My husband has insulin injection, and they spoil. We had 8 rooms, and all minibars was warming and not cooling. Maybe that's why there's no a thing inside like other hotels. But still, i really recommend this great hotel. Al my family enjoyed, we were 22 people, and everyone wants to come back. They have also bank services which it has great rates for changing money. Don't change money at the airport,"

"Staff looked miserable and don’t wanna help, my bathroom would get flooded after every shower and they did nothing to move me or fix the leaking shower. Carpets are filthy and worn out. Breakfast is terrible and no gluten free options."
