"Façade of a Business Hotel There's nothing charming or beautiful about this hotel, or the area it is in, so the only reason most people come is business (we were there as part of a vacation, but we were exceptions). Given that, you'd expect a front desk staff that spoke English, but most of them didn't speak a single word of English (there was one exception, who was also the only really friendly person we met behind the desk). "The full charge (268 CNY) was deducted (or closed) from my credit card when the booking was confirmed. When we have arrived I had to pay additional 500! When I wanted to clerify with the stuff why, they refused to talk to me, just talked with my girlfriend (she is Chinese). 10 minutes later I went back to the cashier to ask again. Then suddenly somebody was able to speak English... I have no idea whether I will got my money back or not... Anyway the room was so-so, maybe 10 years ago it was nice...
