Given that, you'd expect a front desk staff that spoke English, but most of them didn't speak a single word of English (there was one exception, who was also the only really friendly person we met behind the desk). "Location is convenient and many restaurants around. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room is quiet and comfortable. The only issue is the lobby and the elevators an are filled with secondhand smoke. Other than that everything is good as expected. "
