"There is no need to stay here unless you really need to be in the centre of Guayaquil, which is not particularly pleasant. It is rather dirty, noisy and a bustling commercial area. Although the Malecon 2000 is only 6 blocks away, you can also stay close to it in a nicer area.
The building is old and the B&B, which is a converted apartment, is also old. The rooms are basic and due to the age of everything, it is difficult to tell if things are clean or not. The bathroom certainly was not, as the...
