"El hotel es excelente en todos los aspectos: instalaciones, limpieza, atención y servicios. A pesar de la inseguridad que atraviesa actualmente el país, en este hotel te sientes seguro en todo momento. La zona de Puerto Santa Ana es muy agradable, con restaurantes a lo largo del malecón, incluyendo los del mismo hotel, donde también se percibe un ambiente seguro. Es posible caminar con tranquilidad por los alrededores, visitar el cerro de Santa Ana, disfrutar de sus bares, tiendas de artesanías...

"The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. The wifi worked well and the bedrooms had smart tvs so i was able to watch Netflix. Well stocked kitchen, warm shower and lots of security cameras. Heavy locked gates for added security. Beautiful terrace to look at the city. A couple things you should be aware of, 3rd floor no elevator but easy stairs and the shower floor is extremely slippery. Traffic noise in the morning but nothing crazy loud in my opinion.
