"The room was beautiful with an amazing view. The staff was beyond nice and accommodating. They even spoke English. The food was ok. The french toast was really good. Only comment I would have is for the kitchen to serve one table at the same time. We had two occasions where we already finished diner while our daughter was still waiting for her food. But don’t let that hold you back. Amazing place!"

"The hotel was lovely, staff were very friendly and it was a lovely stay. Only negative comment was the sound proofing in the rooms wasn’t great. You could hear the traffic and door banging."

"The hotel is indeed not new but it is well maintained. The room is indeed quiet, most top floor at 7th floor. Abit of cigarette smell of course. Nevertheless, I could sleep so well as the bed is very comfortable and soundproof is very good. Highly recommended."

"It’s a very nice boutique hotel. The room is clean, spacious and love the toilet with all the fancy stuff. The staff are friendly with a little English, but it’s not a problem. We can communicate using the google translate App. Location is in a quiet area, needs to take a taxi/Didi to go to a city centre. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The property is well-maintained and is situated in the center of many popular attractions. The staff was responsive to my requests for an apple-cutting knife for my room, as well as some bandaids. The room was cleaned daily and was quite nice. The 4 Lakes and 2 Ricers scenic area is right across the street. Elephant Trunk Hill is a short walk away, as are the Pedestrian Streets."

"From manager to the staff. They are all welcoming. They let me feel at home away from home. My Yangshuo, Xing Ping and Guilin trip is very memorable. Kudos to the cook, I enjoy the noodle breakfast-2 days is a row. The driver Sam- show me around the area Gloria- who make sure that my need is being attended And to Little Fish- the manager for facilitating everything. The accommodation is a traditional house- which I highly recommended to tourist to China."

"The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The variety of food and local options are substantial. Free electric vehicles available to zip around. Wonderful hiking options and a view to come back to. One thing I would recommend against is letting someone else do your personal laundry. My clothes came back damp and I don't think they used laundry detergent. Otherwise, this is a stop I plan to make again annually!"

"IMPORTANT: the Expedia app places this hotel incorrectly in the very touristy and crowded West Street area whereas in fact it is located about a 10 minute drive outside of Yangshuo. It’s a beautiful location on a hillside behind roadside buildings in Jima Village. It is a very quiet area within a cheap and easy DiDi ride from West Street. On phone apps (like DiDi) it’s referred to as Yangshuo Milan Shanshe Ancient Architecture Cultural Hotel or Yangshuomo Lanshan Shegujian Culture Minsu...

"Th owner and the staff are the best!!! Really attentive and looking into ensuring every guest has the best time possible. All of them nice and caring. The owner goes beyond in making sure gusta are having a nice time, even sharing part of her culture etc. rooms are great and dinner was excellent. Location wise is a beautiful spot, but bear in mind this is 30 to 40 mins away from Yangshuo near Xingping ancient town. Great for hiking and an exploring the nature surrounding the hotel.
