Hotels with Kitchenette in Guadeloupe

"A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau. Interrogé, le réceptionniste nous a dit que cela faisait trois semaines. Il a dit que si on voulait se laver, on n'avait qu'à le faire dans la piscine. Puis ils nous a donner un pack d'eau. Nous donner un hôtel où il n'y a pas d'eau pour l'hygiène, c'est une honte. "On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."
