"Quiet comfortable room. Roku player worked on TV. Breakfast was good but lacked hot chocolate and more than 1 flavor of muffin"

"Love this Hotel in Santa Rosa. I stayed 2 nights here. The rooms are fantastic! I parked right in front of my room. Breakfast started at 6:00am, and served eggs and sausage - my favorite. Can't beat this hotel for convenience and meeting customer needs. Thanks for a great stay!"

"At first, we were a little worried that there was no inside hallways offer better security, but that was a non-event. We parked right in front of our door to the hotel and everything was safe. "Good spot to rest"

"Receptionist was not friendly, advertised breakfast was a joke - cold cereal and tint cinnamon rolls. Accommodations were rudimentary."

"24 hr diner was great! Staff at check in was very helpful, going above and beyond getting my reservation corrected. Building is showing its age, but the room was in good shape, clean and comfortable."

"A storm had passed through just before we got there and there was a lot of water in the entry to the room. At the front desk I got towels to mop it up, but no help in cleaning it up was offered. The room itself felt dirty because the bead spread, the sheets, the towels and the chairs were all heavily stained. Don't recommend."

"Nothing, it was terrible! Office was closed, no one answered the phone. Attempted several times. Drapes falling, old furniture on plain view, motel appeared abandoned and unhabitable. After 2 hours of waiting, I left and continue my travel."
