Cari Hotel di Greenland

"Very convenient location in downtown area. We downloaded a self guided walking tour of the area and really enjoyed that. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was nice and what I would expect for the price point. Many cafes and restaurants in the area. If you get a chance to go to the National Museum and Archives we HIGHLY recommend it."

"the WORST customer service i hv ever encountered in my 35 years of travel. Rubbish bin in kitchen was full to the brim and never emptied despite me telling the cleaners. cleaner just barged into my room, didn't even bother knocking. the owner should be banned from owning a hotel/hospitality service as he has ZERO MANNERS, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. "

"Nice room, comfy bed, heating worked, the breakfast was nice and the dinner menu was great. I will definitely stay here again."

"A"

"The service was excellent breakfast included was very good. Location is in the industrial park not so far from the city."

"The hotel is new and is very clean and comfortable. It is very centrally located and we were able to walk to museums, churches, the ice fjord, etc. The staff are all friendly and helpful with information about the hotel, town and excursions. The view of the icebergs from the room and the restaurant on the top floor are amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ilulissat."

"エレベーターないので荷物運ぶのが大変 清潔ではあるが設備は決して新しくない eqiに行くためのスタート地点であるarcticには徒歩数分(上り坂) 眺望は3階が良いと思う 場所が場所だし季節要因もあるだろうが，高かった"

"was very mediocre"

"Inside our room was very nice, heated floors in bathroom and amazing views. Breakfast was fair- same choices for all 3 days we were there. By the 3rd day, the bacon was hard as a rock and inedible. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. The prices were very high even for Greenland standards. The pumpkin soup was delicious, musk ox burger tasty. Crème brûlée was delicious. Service in the restaurant very poor. Never offered water and waiter never came by to see if we needed anything...

"Only thing I would have preferred would have not needed to bring the key back I should have been able to leave it in my apartment on the table like in most places."

"The most helpful staff ever. We were coming in late from the Arctic Circle Trail and they stayed open late just to help us. They were super friendly and helpful with moving some dates around as we adjusted our schedule. Facilities were great, and the new addition is absolutely beautiful. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Just at airport"

"Great place. Clean, beds were comfortable, washer/dryer combo worked well (but takes 7 hrs for one load to complete), and WiFi was ok. Excellent location."

"I really like this stay. Friendly staff, nice service, clean room, and unbeatable glacier view. Highly recommended."

"Rude owners Money grabbers and losers"
