"I would recommend this hotel as it was excellent in every way. I could find no fault with this hotel. However, the only downside is that it is in an unattractive street but only a couple of minutes from a nicer looking area and so close to all the main attractions. For me it was not an issue as the hotel was superb but thought it good to let other people know. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff."

"This hotel was excellent, clean, fresh and had a resort like feeling. The free shuttle to and from the ship port/airport, and shuttle in the evening to the main street is very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and many options for vegetarians. The staff at the front desk were great along with the staff working the breakfast area (especially the tall thin guy taking our orders for the plated/buffet breakfast - super nice). The hotel is close to the main Venice area, and takes a few minutes to...

"I stayed here with my son, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Travelling solo with a child can be stressful, but everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make things easy for us. The service was excellent throughout. Knowing we had a late flight, the team offered us a late checkout without me even having to ask, which took so much pressure off our last day. It's the kind of thoughtful touch that really sets a hotel...
