"Das Personal hat beim einchecken auf sich warten lassen. Frühstück ok, alles da, aber etwas teuer. Kein Filterkaffee, teilweise Warten an der Kaffeemaschine. Parken zusätzlich kostenpflichtig. Teuer und enge Wege. Kein extra Abstellplatz für Fahrräder. Zimmer sauber. Eine große Decke anstelle zweier separater. Dusche schwierig, Wasserarmatur zu klein für das Waschbecken. Lage zentralnundndennochnrechtnruhig. Guter Start für Radtouren in alle Richtungen."

"The rooms were very clean each day and fresh towels given to us. the decor is a little outdated and could do with a re fresh as well as the beds they are not very comfortable, could feel the springs in the mattress and every time you turned over the bed would creak loudly. Bottles of water were only given to us once on our 3 night trips. The hotel is very noisy at night with people slamming doors talking loudly, you can also hear all of the traffic , trams etc but it was ok. Easy place to...

"Beautifully decorated hotel from the lobby & restaurants to the rooms. Oliver at the front desk was very helpful and also the girl who worked the afternoons (I didn’t get her name) gave a delicious food recommendation. If you go to the bar then Jacob will go out of his way to find the perfect drink for you. Everything in the old town area was within easy walking distance. Great place to stay when you visit!"

"It is sad to see a hotel decline as this Novotel has. I have been staying here each year for about the past 4 or 5 years and steadily see services and quality go down but the prices increase! Where do I start: Reception - some (read very few)staff were good - others just rude and very inattentive. For example, I called four times as the remote for the TV did not work properly. They answered the first two times then the following two times just hung up. I could not get the TV to turn off so I...

"All in all, this was a very nice hotel. It is located on a square that is very central, yet very quiet. There is a pleasant bar/restaurant with lovely seating outside on the square in warm weather. The personnel are all young, but very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite large. The room furnishings are “old fashioned” (heavy wood) in case that bothers you (it was fine for me). The bathroom was modernized and spotless. The breakfast was not spectacular, but OK. There was plenty of choice...
